Dorothy Harrison is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty and a respected real estate professional serving the Southeast Valley and Phoenix metro area, including Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, Tempe, Sun Lakes, San Tan Valley, and Florence. She has been active in residential real estate since 1980 and has successfully closed approximately 800 homes across resale properties, new construction, luxury residences, and relocation transactions.

In recent years, Dorothy has averaged 15–20 transactions annually, working primarily in the $300,000 to $1.5 million range. Her clients include first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, downsizing sellers and buyers, luxury home clients, and individuals relocating both into and out of the Phoenix metro area. Her experience spans traditional resale, builder communities, and custom home sales, giving her a well-rounded perspective on market value, negotiation, and contract strategy.

"Dorothy Harrison is the best Associate Broker/Realtor a local or long distance homeowner could ask for. Because of the pandemic, we could not travel to Arizona to sell our house. We worked virtually with Dorothy and she coordinated everything from preparing the house to be listed (repairs, cleaning and painting) through closing escrow.
